Preorder the Quasar IV

The Quasar IV will be available to pre-order in 64GB and 128GB versions with three color options. The pre-ordering period will go from November 5, 2013 until March 31, 2014 and the phones will be delivered in May 2014. For each phone there will be a $45 shipping and handling fee as well as 7.25% sales tax added to the total cost during checkout and payment which will be processed by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to purchase a Quasar IV phone and may use your credit or bank card. All pre-order sales are Final and Non-refundable.
